Thank you so much! I’m right now in the South of France and I get fresh arugula every day. I’ve never thought of the orange feta combination before and will experiment with this recipe today at lunch:-)

I’m a huge fan of arugula… Never tried it with orange though. Your prosciutto, orange and feta salad sounds delicious. I’ll definitely try this one soon 😀
