Arugula and Beet Recipes

Hello everyone, Sorry it took some time to get back in touch about the beet and arugula recipes. Here they are. I hope you enjoy them. I am currently traveling to Ireland with Angela for the Ace Camps at Caher House in County Clare.

I'm a huge fan of arugula... Never tried it with orange though. Your prosciutto, orange and feta salad sounds delicious. I'll definitely try this one soon :D

Thank you so much! I'm right now in the South of France and I get fresh arugula every day. I've never thought of the orange feta combination before and will experiment with this recipe today at lunch:-) Thank you! And have a great stay in Irelands!
