Hey baby you know how i feel about sugar [nada] but eggs my snack! 11 am, 4 pm and since i wake now at 3 am i have another at 4 am! Thank goodness my HDL [good cholesterol] level is fab but i look forward to this Eggs rule Sugar- well, erhm,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Sounds like it could be a good company dessert! Ciao

My simple choice would be meringue, either as is, or for a pavlova. As you said, there's so many choices. It all depends on what you add to it.
