A Food Styling and Photography Workshop in Baja California, Mexico
Nov 4th – 10th, 2014

This is a 3 1/2 day workshop including 6 nights in Baja California in Mexico (based on shared occupancy, with 4 nights in Cabo San Lucas + 2 nights in Todos Santos), to learn about styling and photographing the foods of Mexico on site. There will be a lot of practice on location and local visits, including visiting Paleteria La Paloma (a local ice cream shop with sorbet flavors including lemon-rosemary, rose petal, passion fruit, pitaya, corn, mamay and guava, a dinner at Hierbabuena); an organic farm to table outdoor cafe in the middle of a field in Pescadero; a Sunday brunch at Baja Beans Cafe; an adventurous journey to see the fish catch at Punto Lobos; and a day at Los Cerritos Beach followed by a sunset beverage at a private home.
