And since I talked with you about my love for spring vegetable stews, jardinière de légumes verts, why not check one of the latest recipes I wrote for the Boston Globe. It was published in yesterday’s paper.
I like to make many variants of the same dish. And of course, to get the best of it, make sure to choose super fresh vegetables, as seasonal as possible! You will feel as if you had spring in your plate!

  1. coucou Bea! je suis continuellement jaleuse chaque jour quand je voie vos photos, il y a presque un an que je lise ton blog, parce que mon blog sera un an en deux semains! et vous étés une bonne inspiration pour moi depuis jour 1. je suis absolutement certaine maintenant qu’apres université je veux être un journaliste/ecrivaine/editeur gastronomique!(editor and chief Food and Wine magazine oh yeah)

    mais actuellement j’ai une question: j’habite à paris depuis septembre, et le premier juillet je partirai pour les états unis (triste!!!) mais avant le départ je veux être exactement sûr que je n’ai pas manqué la plus important goût à Paris. Donc, ou est-ce que je doit acheter le sel? j’aime beaucoup le grand épicerie à le bon marché mais… je vous ecoute pour mes derniers adventures gastronomique à paris s’il vous plaît!

  15. ma mère ayant un énorme potager c’est un de mes plats préférés : des pois gourmands, des petites carottes, des petits pois et des pommes de terre grenaille. Rien de meilleur que de la déguster depuis la terrasse en regardant les légumes poussés.
