oh i love marjoram, too… it used to be a staple herb in austria but also has gone out of fashion, especially fresh. my mum grows it on her balcony and i love it vegetables and meat alike, in salads, soups, quickes, you name it. especially good with courgettes and pumkin, it’s a natural pairing, i think!!
