Made this yesterday for a dinner party. Came out pretty good, but much too rich. I would cut the butter in half.

This recipe looks amazing and I would LOVE to make it for my father, unfortunatley he has type 2 diabetes and I’m pretty sure this would just about kill him. Any ideas on how to make it a bit more diabetic friendly?
