Hmmm, des dorades royales ! Très surprenant le mystère du poisson congélé, je vais me pencher sur la question... Dès que j'ai des invités, j'essaie ta recette (je mangerai la partie patate/béchamelle ;-)) mais je sais par avance que ce sera délicieux.
