Traveling is great to get inspiration for new recipes, your pictures and of course recipes are beautiful. Local grown fresh products are so full of flavor you don’t need much more. After reading this post I would love to fly to Crete right away (especially because it is snowing here like crazy)

I was helping a neighbor bake a cake and knew that we would starve from the smell of it if I didn’t bring some form of sustinence… so I brought your mousaka! It was wonderful wonderful wonderful, and successfully kept all cake cravings at bay! Thanks again, your recipes always work like a charm!
