		<description>Thanks for replying, I managed to find the seeds in the last shop in town that came to mind, so I have added them!  The soup looks a bit coarse compared to your photos, it almost looks like you blended it at the end.  Maybe my vegetable pieces were not small enough or should I cook it more?</description>

Yes you can leave coriander seeds out, if you cannot find them. In which case, I suggest adding fresh coriander along with the parsley!</description>
