Your creative and individual size charlotte ruse looks tasty. However scrolling through the archives I noticed a cupcake fascination. I grew up with cupcakes at every birthday party. I am so happy you like them, so let me share my education. I attended the Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena and was taught French butter cream, Swiss butter cream and Italian butter cream.
