I saw this book in Belgium and haven’t seen it since. Do you know where I can buy it, either in French or in English. And do you know of any other clafoutis books, that maybe incude tartes and tartines?

Great summary of the book. I too tried different dishes, with similar reasons to yours.

I love the look of your clafoutis. I’ve been eyeing a recipe in one of my other books…with all the lovely cherries in the shop, I can’t resist!

Le temps passe et les photos sont toujours aussi belles! Quel talent… Aussi bien dans l’originalité des recettes que dans leur réalisation quand elles sont extraites d’un livre, et magnifiquement présentées puis photographiées! Un plaisir à chaque fois renouvelé.
