i still haven’t touched a filo dough in my life but i have one that’s been sitting in my freezer for many months now. i’ve mostly been scared to use it but this recipe sounds simple and delicious!

je suis mal placée pour dire qu’on mange mal en Angleterre, déjà, il y a longtemps quand j’y ai vécu j’ ai pris 20 kilos de trifles et autres et depuis ils nous font sacrément concurrence.
