actually my husband is the first person dislike strawsberry, I’m second, ha! We’d like to eat some if it is “very sweet”, however, it’s peak season is too short, and most of the time at most places those strawsberries ain’t flavorful… well, at least in the place I live.

I have to say, coconut and strawsberry make a very interesting couple (as their textures are totally different). But your mascarpone simply bonds the whole things, wonderful! I think I’m converted soon (from hate stawberry to love it) after seeing all your beautiful creations!
