I just threw a bunch of Swissc chard... am actually cleaning my fridge just taking a tea break, I have so many apples cant throw them but they are not the types that make the wonderful tarte tatin. So I prob would make crumble or apple cake with them. I actually do not have a lot of left over.. when I bake or before I bake I already call friends , "who wants half of my cake?" it works. Just been to the local street marche. Due to the freezing temp it was not much but I got few veg to get me by. Later though am off the Asian store. For your potatoes try the British bubble and squeeks. you cook them with cabbage and make little dumplings! was WAS that a pumpkin?
