Thanks for stopping by! Yes, Snap peas is “le pois mange-tout”. (literally “eat everything pea”). So you see you are doing well. Great to know you know the suppliers in the South Cannes area. Maybe you should write a small booklet for people to get their way around. I always find those useful. Even in Boston, I still fight to know “where” to go for certain things.

I was in Cannes for 4 months
Prior to that I was based in Monaco for 7 months.

Ask me where are the Asian food suppliers in Monaco, Cannes and Antibes I know them well

Citronelle can even be found at Casino supermarkets now…

In Athens asian food is slowly getting popular but for the greeks all asian cuisine – they will consider them all chinoise. which can be annoying!

It freezing in Athens right now so I made some oxtail soup which is expensive. Its imported the Greeks consider oxtail as offal.
