hello from New Zealand! :) I must say those photos of the cafe cart overlooking the ocean look remarkably like Nelson, where I live...am I right? (or is it a typical kiwi shot of some other part of our beautiful country?!!) I must say Bea, your photos are b-e-a-utiful!!! Extraordinary! I LOVE food! Love photos of mouthwatering looking food...presentation is everything! And you write so wonderfully! I came upon your site looking for a Cannele recipe...I am working in a bakery where the baker just began making and selling cannele, and I am hooked! Thought I'd try them at home....wish me luck!
Au revoir!!
God bless you...x

Pierre Herme... a pastry god! Whenever my husband needs to go to Paris on business I always make a request that he goes to Pierre's. Only the last time he had forgotten the address!! Thanks for mentioning the address. :-)
