Seeing as I made it up as I went along, it is going to be a little tricky so I have to make it again fiirst, so I can write down the method and the ingredients. Happy New Year! Sam PS we were in Tahoe for New year but only 1 day of snowboarding was possible out of 6 days becasue of the bad weather and power cuts :( It looks great.
