I am not even going to look at a recipe though. I am just going to make a swiss roll (english thing) and fill it wit fresh cream and caramalized nuts and stuff. I havent decided yet. I was going to make praline but maybe it is too difficult? On christmas day I am also in charge of dessert for 20 and have hatched a plan that is rather ambitious. I will only report back if it succeeds! I dont know quite when I am going to find the time to do all this stuff! we'll see... hey bea
